Kid's Pizza Cooking Class, August 20th and August 29th
Calling all young chefs!
Join us for a hands-on pizza-making adventure at Smith's Farm Market! During this fun and interactive workshop, each child will learn how to make their very own pizza from scratch. We'll teach them how to stretch the dough, spread the sauce, add plenty of cheese, and top it with their favorite ingredients before baking it to perfection.
While the pizzas are baking, we'll share fun kitchen tips and talk about the fresh ingredients that make homemade pizza so delicious. Then everyone will enjoy eating the pizza they created!
Geared towards ages: 8–14 (Due to limited kitchen space, only registered participants may attend the class. We are unable to accommodate parents, siblings, or other guests in the kitchen during the workshop. However, parents/guardians are welcome to stay and enjoy the farm during the event).
Workshop includes:
Hands-on instruction
Individual pizza to make and enjoy
Fresh ingredients and toppings
Recipe card to take home
A fun cooking experience they'll be excited to recreate at home!
Duration: Approximately 2 hours
Space is limited to 10 participants to ensure every child receives plenty of hands-on instruction and personal attention.
