Join us for an afternoon of deep breathing and meditation designed to help you connect with your inner self and boost your energy levels. This in-person event is a perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate.
Led by Breathe with Joss, the 1-hour SOMA Breath Energized Breathwork Routine combines brain entrainment music, intermittent hypoxic training, breathwork, and guided visualization. This practice helps participants optimize oxygen use and build tolerance to carbon dioxide.
Energized Breathwork sessions also encourage slower, nasal breathing, release tension, and elevate mood, offering a highly effective breathwork meditation experience.
This event will be held on our farm. After the class, you can cool off with a delicious treat or explore the nursery and perhaps take home some plants.
